Agreement
By accessing nextpilotos.com or creating a NextPilot workspace, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use NextPilot on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
The service
NextPilot is a business operating system for sales, inventory, accounting, courier, messaging, and related workflows. Features may vary by plan. We may update, add, or retire features as we improve the product.
Accounts & responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your workspace and for the staff accounts you invite.
- You must have lawful rights to the customer, order, and content data you upload or sync into NextPilot.
- Do not misuse the platform (including attempts to break security, scrape without permission, spam, or host unlawful content).
Plans, trials & billing
Paid plans, trial length, and pricing are shown on our Pricing page or in a written order. Fees are charged according to the plan and billing interval you select. Taxes may apply. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
Integrations & third parties
NextPilot may connect to third-party services (couriers, stores, payment gateways, messaging platforms, and similar). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for outages or changes by third parties.
Intellectual property
NextPilot branding, software, and site content belong to us or our licensors. You keep ownership of the business data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the service.
Availability & disclaimers
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The platform is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. NextPilot is a software tool; you remain responsible for your business decisions, tax filings, and compliance with local laws.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextPilot and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the three months before the claim.
Suspension & termination
You may stop using NextPilot at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or create risk to the platform or other customers. After termination, data handling follows our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion process.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
