NextPilot (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the NextPilot website and SaaS platform at nextpilotos.com. We help businesses in Bangladesh run sales, inventory, accounting, courier, and messaging workflows from one place.

Information we collect
- Account data — name, email, phone, company name, and login credentials for workspace owners and staff.
- Business data you submit — orders, customers, products, inventory, invoices, expenses, chat messages, and related records you enter into NextPilot.
- Payment & billing data — plan, invoices, and payment references processed through our payment partners (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
- Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and approximate location needed to secure and improve the service.
- Support communications — messages you send to [email protected] or through in-product chat.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, and improve the NextPilot platform.
- Authenticate users, manage subscriptions, and send service notices.
- Support integrations you connect (for example couriers, commerce stores, or messaging channels).
- Respond to support requests and investigate abuse or security issues.
- Comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share data only when needed to operate the product:
- Service providers — hosting, email, payment, analytics, and infrastructure vendors under contract.
- Integrations you enable — couriers, storefronts, ad platforms, or messaging providers you connect.
- Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
Customer data inside a business workspace belongs to that business. NextPilot staff access it only when needed for support, security, or legal compliance.
Retention
We keep account and business data while your workspace is active, and for a limited period afterward as needed for backups, billing disputes, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. You can request deletion as described on our Data Deletion page.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and tenant isolation. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and limit staff access appropriately.
Your choices
- Update or correct account details from your workspace settings.
- Request export or deletion of personal data by emailing [email protected].
- Disconnect integrations you no longer want to use.
Children
NextPilot is a business product and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of NextPilot after an update means you accept the revised policy.
